Mindset and Career Coaching

Service Description

I help my clients to take stock of their mindset, identify and overcome limiting beliefs, and challenge negative thinking. Growth mindsets help adults transform their thinking, transform their behavior, and transform the world around them. People need time to modify a behavior.  Therefore, I suggest 6 coaching sessions and prefer 12 to be purchased as a package. There are two packages available: the "Executive Package" and the "VIP Package." These coaching sessions are informed by action inquiry and action research methodology.
